Is there a discord to join ? . That’s probably the thing besides forums and pso-world

No, at least not that I'm aware. While I did sign up for it a long time ago, I'm not really a discord person and could never really warm up to it and FFXIV didn't change that.

I'm in like 50 Discord servers and use it every day, but I really hate how it killed both message boards and IRC.
